About Amos and Annie’s

Amos and Annie’s owner Lisa is wearing an apron and holding a large whisk for a commercial mixer. The background is a painted wall with chair rail.

In the Fall of 2019 my husband David and I tried a new-to-us caramel popcorn recipe. It was so delicious we couldn’t stop eating it. Slightly sweet with just the right amount of crunch, it was irresistible. I’ll never forget David’s words, “We could sell this!” We’ve enjoyed cooking and baking together over the last 30+ years, and making this caramel corn soon became a business.

I knew from the start the business should be named after David’s grandparents Amos and Annie. Their heritage represents everything I envision for this adventure of mine: hard work, honesty, integrity, doing your best, and delighting each and every customer.

It’s my goal to offer the most delicious treats without using artificial colors and flavors, high fructose corn syrup, and palm oil. If you’re going to indulge in a snack or dessert, then it should be made from the best ingredients possible. Amos and Annie’s products are made from scratch in small batches. We want you to receive the freshest, tastiest, and most delightful snacks.

When all the hard work is done, the joy of seeing a smiling face after tasting our products is the greatest reward.

Sweetest regards,
Lisa Blank
