Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in the USA.
How do you ship?
We will use USPS or UPS to ship your package. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is ready for shipment. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email a few hours after your order is completed.) Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
How do you ship during warm weather months?
We want you to receive your Amos and Annie’s products in perfect condition. During the warm-weather months, we strongly urge you to select the warm-weather shipping option. We will pack your order in an insulated box with frozen gel packs to keep your items comfy during their journey to you.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will select the shipping method that is best for your order.
Shipping days during warm weather are limited to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is to reduce the possibility that your shipment sits in a postal facility or trailer over a weekend.
Important: Please follow your tracking and make arrangements to take your package inside after delivery so it doesn’t sit outside in the warm weather.

How should I store my Amos and Annie’s products?
Amos and Annie’s products should be stored in a cool, dry place. After opening, leftovers should be placed in an airtight container.
Marshmallows are best consumed within three (3) weeks of receiving when they are at their freshest. They may still be consumed after that, but the texture may change slightly as the sugar crystallizes.
If your marshmallows won’t be consumed within 3 weeks, we recommend placing them in the freezer. Yes, the freezer! Simply place the mallows in an airtight container in your freezer. We prefer containers with tight-fitting lids rather than freezer bags. When you are ready to eat your mallows, remove the desired number from the freezer container, place in another covered container, and set on a countertop. In an hour or two they will be back to their soft and squishy selves. Some people actually prefer their mallows straight from the freezer. It’s your choice!
Do you use high fructose corn syrup?
No. We never use high fructose corn syrup. We use only 100% non-GMO corn syrup in products containing corn syrup.
Do Amos and Annie’s products contain preservatives or artificial dyes?
No. We never use preservatives or artificial dyes. Some of our products contain natural dyes, which are indicated in the ingredient list on the product page.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes! All Amos and Annie’s products are gluten-free. Although our products are not made in a facility completely free of gluten, we take every precaution to make sure gluten does not get into the items we sell. We thoroughly wipe down equipment and countertops as well as wash all shared equipment. We do not use wooden utensils to make our products.
Are your products dairy-free?
Some of our products are dairy-free, while others contain butter or cream. Please see each individual product page for a complete ingredient list to determine if any allergens that may affect you are present.
Are your products vegetarian?
Our caramel popcorn, marshmallow whip, oatmeal creme pies, and gluten-free graham crackers are vegetarian.
Our marshmallows contain gelatin derived from pork and are not vegetarian.
Are your products vegan?
No. Our products contain butter, cream, and/or gelatin and are not vegan.
Are your marshmallows kosher?
At this time our marshmallows contain pork-derived gelatin and are not kosher.
Can I toast Amos and Annie’s marshmallows?
Yes! Amos and Annie’s marshmallows are delicious toasted.
We recommend using a two-pronged fork for stability. Please know that our small-batch marshmallows are softer than store-bought marshmallows and will melt faster. You can slow down the toasting time by allowing your marshmallows to air dry outside of the package for 30 minutes or more. We recommend having a cracker, cookie, or plate ready to receive your perfectly-toasted, melty mallow.
If toasting over an open flame on a gas stove, we recommend medium heat.
Whether toasting over a campfire or a gas stove, turning the marshmallow frequently will produce the best results.
