Never heard of Shoofly Pie? It’s a staple here in the Lancaster County area. An ooey gooey molasses layer is topped with thick crumbs to make this pie a treat any time of day, especially when served with milk.
We use the same molasses in these mallows that bakers all over the area use for their pies. It has a rich flavor unsurpassed by others.

Marshmallows are best consumed within 3-4 weeks of receiving when they are at their freshest. Store in an airtight container after opening or freeze to extend freshness.
