Gluten-free chocolate cookies + vanilla marshmallow. Yes, please! Our cookies and cream marshmallows start with gluten-free chocolate cookies we bake from scratch with whole-grain teff flour. We crumble them into our classic Madagascar bourbon vanilla marshmallow for real cookie pieces in every bite.
Handmade in small batches in our licensed kitchen in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Gluten free, with no high fructose corn syrup and no palm oil.

Ingredients
Marshmallows (pure cane sugar, non-GMO corn syrup, filtered water, gelatin, organic powdered sugar [organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch], tapioca starch, Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla extract [water, cane alcohol, vanilla bean extractives], sea salt, non-GMO pan spray [sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, propellant]). Gluten-free Cookies (butter [cream (milk), natural flavoring], pure cane sugar, whole grain teff flour, tapioca starch, cocoa processed with alkali, non-GMO corn syrup, baking soda, sea salt).
Contains: milk. Produced in a facility that also uses eggs, soy, wheat, tree nuts and peanuts.
Size and freshness
Each package contains nine (9) marshmallows, each about 1-1/8″ square, and weighs about 4 oz (113 g). They’re at their freshest within 4 weeks of arriving. After opening, store them in an airtight container, or freeze them to keep them longer.

I cannot say enough good things about these cookies and cream marshmallows. I ordered a bunch of delicious flavors but this was my favorite. I loved the mix of textures with the cookies being in the marshmallows. I’ll be back for more!
