Ruby Chocolate is a new kind of real chocolate produced by the Barry Callebaut company. Its origin is a special kind of cocoa bean predisposed to produce pink chocolate. There is no added color in Ruby. Its flavor is fruity and tangy, which perfectly enhances our Strawberry Marshmallows.

Suggested uses: Perfect as a sweet treat. Delicious toasted (just be careful about melting the chocolate).
Each marshmallow is approximately 1-1/8″ x 1-1/8″. Each package contains six marshmallows and weighs about 3.7 oz./104g.

Marshmallows are best consumed within 3-4 weeks of receiving when they are at their freshest. Store in an airtight container after opening or freeze to extend freshness.
