Never heard of Shoofly Pie? It’s a staple here in the Lancaster County area. An ooey gooey molasses layer is topped with thick crumbs to make this pie a treat any time of day, especially when served with milk.
We use the same molasses in these mallows that bakers all over the area use for their pies. It has a rich flavor unsurpassed by others.
We finish these Shoofly Pie Mallows by tossing them in gluten-free crumbs for an authentic shoofly pie experience.
Suggested uses: Perfect as a treat by themselves or on a dessert board with fruit and other goodies. Not recommended for toasting.
Each marshmallow is approximately 1-1/8″ x 1-1/8″. Each package contains nine (9) marshmallows and weighs about 3 oz./85g.

Ingredients: light brown cane sugar, filtered water, molasses, non-GMO corn syrup, crumbs (teff flour, light brown cane sugar, tapioca starch, butter [cream(milk), natural flavoring], sea salt), gelatin, Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla extract (water, cane alcohol, vanilla bean extractives), sea salt, non-GMO pan spray (sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, propellant).

Marshmallows are best consumed within 3 weeks of receiving when they are at their freshest. Store in an airtight container after opening or freeze to extend freshness.
